With more than three decades of mortgage industry experience spanning processing, underwriting, sales, and post-closing, Kim brings a rare depth of expertise and a genuinely relationship-based approach to every client she serves. As Post-Close Manager, she maintains Jon’s Mortgage Under Management program, proactively identifying opportunities to support our clients long after the ink is dry. Her work turns Jon’s vision for the CARE (Creating a Referrable Experience) process into a seamless reality—expanding our commitment to clarity, advocacy, appreciation, and long-term financial well-being.

In her role, Kim ensures every borrower continues to feel supported, informed, and valued throughout their homeownership journey. Her lifelong dream is quite literally outside her door, complete with her horse in the pasture and two beloved dogs keeping watch.
