A California native, Colette started in the mortgage industry in 2001 becoming a top producer for the first 7 years prior to working as a loan partner and ultimately an operations manager. Her experience along with an obsession with business systems, technology, and client advocacy make her uniquely suited to develop teams and workflow at Ritter.

In her off time, Colette enjoys traveling, writing, meditation, and thinking about how to empower people. She is passionate about animal rescue and lives on the Eastern Shore with her kitties, Elsie and Kai.
