The Ritter Quarterly Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Ritter Mortgage Group, Inc., located at 1230 Nottingham Road, Westminster, MD 21157 (“Sponsor”).
The Giveaway is conducted on a seasonal, quarterly basis, with four (4) Promotion Periods each year:
Winter Giveaway
Spring Giveaway
Summer Giveaway
Fall Giveaway
Each Promotion Period runs for approximately three (3) months. The specific start and end timing of each seasonal Giveaway will be determined by Sponsor and announced in connection with that Giveaway.
Entries do not carry over between Promotion Periods. Each seasonal Giveaway is a separate promotion.
The Giveaway is open to:
Legal residents of U.S. states and jurisdictions in which Sponsor is licensed to conduct mortgage business at the time of the applicable Promotion Period, and
Individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, and members of their immediate family (parents, children, siblings, spouses) or household, are not eligible to enter or win.
This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Eligible participants may enter during a Promotion Period by completing the entry method described in the Giveaway announcement for that season. Entry methods may include, but are not limited to:
Submitting a photo
Responding to a prompt or question
Participating in a themed activity or challenge
Unless otherwise stated for a specific Promotion Period, limit one (1) entry per person per Promotion Period.
Automated, bulk, robotic, or third-party entries are prohibited. Entries must be submitted by the individual participant. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, incomplete, or not in compliance with these Official Rules.
Winner selection will be conducted one of two ways, as disclosed in the applicable seasonal Giveaway announcement:
For Giveaways designated as drawings, two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
For Giveaways designated as contests, entries may be reviewed based on general participation or relevance to the prompt. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, final winner selection may still be made by random drawing among eligible entries.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility and winner selection are final and binding.
For each Promotion Period:
Two (2) prizes will be awarded.
Each prize consists of one (1) $100 Visa® gift card.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Visa is not a sponsor of this Giveaway.
Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Winners may also be announced on Sponsor’s social media channels using first name, city, and state, unless prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for failed communications due to incorrect contact information, spam filters, or technical issues.
By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use submitted content (including photos), first name, city, and state for promotional and marketing purposes, including on social media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Participants retain ownership of their submitted content.
Information collected from entrants will be used solely for administering the Giveaway and related communications, in accordance with Sponsor’s standard privacy practices. Sponsor does not sell entrant information.
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or human error.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform used to promote or announce the Giveaway.
All issues concerning the Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
To request the names of the winners, send a written request within thirty (30) days following the end of the applicable Promotion Period to:
