Founded by Jon Ritter, Ritter Mortgage Group, Inc. in 2016 after Jon’s 13 years as a top producer at another brokerage, born from his vision of a people-first lending model that helps homebuyers and their realtors achieve their goals through a more human approach to lending—one grounded in advocacy, trust, and service that goes beyond the transaction. We specialize in finding the right loan to meet your needs with the most competitive rates and fees available.

As a CODA (Child of Deaf Adult), Jon has the privilege to offer mortgage services to the Deaf in American Sign Language.

Where do I start when it comes to Jon Ritter and his team at “ The Ritter Group” my wife and I had made what was one in a line of pushes forward in the path to owning our own home. During this most recent push we made the same mistake we had a couple times before. We thought going with a larger bank would increase our chances in getting into our dream home, however, as it happened, multiple times before, we talked to bankers who were at best superficial in their commitment to our cause.
